With team riders like Chris Haslam, Rodney Mullen and Mark Appleyard its no suprise that Globe Skate department (headed up by Chet Thomas btw) is one of the most respected within the industry. Not bad for a company that started by two brothers selling skateboards and shoes out of the trunks of their cars in the 80's
